So what’s up:

We’re in the process of rebooting how we present the fundamentals of a Future Ready approach. Within a couple of weeks, we’ll be rolling out a new series called the Ground Conditions (you engineers and builders will recognize that term). The Ground Conditions are the basics, the fundamental understanding of what our unfolding future is likely to look like — the foundation on which we build all the other inferences.

Some version of this set of observations has been around my work since the beginning, but we felt it was really important to lay that out clearly, and give people some tools to start grappling with them - start digging into what these changes mean for their businesses, organizations and communities - not to mention their own lives and careers.

I developed an earlier version of this document a couple of years ago and released it on a very limited basis. I’m looking forward to seeing what you think!
